Carl Varney is Area Prevention Coordinator and Expansion Coordinator with Operation UNITE and if you have a child in the 5th Congressional District of Kentucky he has probably spoken at your child's school. A person in long term recovery, Carl has worked for UNITE for 12 years working with prevention programs with kids in Eastern Kentucky and his infectuous personality and humor connects with kids in a way few can.
