In Episode 70 we speak with Cynthia Cherrey, President and CEO of the International Leadership Association (ILA), in the second episode of a three-part series exploring leadership during crisis. The ILA is a global association committed to advancing quality research, teaching, and practices of leadership for a better world. Previously, Cynthia served as Lecturer in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and Vice President for Campus Life at Princeton University. Dr. Cherrey speaks to non-profit and for-profit organizations around the world and writes in the areas of leadership, organizational change, and higher education. Cynthia’s speaking and writing explores leadership in an interdependent global culture, co-authoring Systemic Leadership: Enriching the Meaning of our Work, co-editing ILA’s Building Leadership Bridges book series, and Women and Leadership Around the World. Cynthia serves on the editorial board of Asian Women and Cambridge University Press Elements Series. She is a Moller Leadership Scholar at Cambridge University, a Fellow at the World Business Academy, a Royal Society of the Arts Fellow, and a recipient of a J.W. Fulbright Scholarship.
