With over 30 years of experience, Scott has dedicated his career to helping schools reimagine and redefine their educational systems to focus on career and community readiness. Growing up in a small town in Wisconsin, Scott was the youngest of three boys and found his purpose later in life, inspired by his own children's educational journeys. He holds degrees in education and leadership and has made significant contributions to various school districts and collaborative educational service agencies, particularly in the areas of special education, career readiness, and community engagement.
