I’m so confused by the put on voice. It’s so distracting I can’t even concentrate on the story. I’ve listened to you on other things and this isn’t how you spoke so I’m confused. I hate to not listen over something that seems so silly but it’s unfortunately just too much of a distraction.

I have updated my previous review. Sarah, the host has changed up the way she narrates the podcast! Love it!

She works hard & does amazing job on this

The case reviews are thorough but this podcast is difficult to follow due to the extreme vocal fry. Sarah’s speaking voice is not like this - so why the change for the podcast? Wondering if she’s unsuccessfully trying to channel Kendall Rae. We want to hear you discuss the case as you would to a friend!

Hello, have you ever researched the case of Doreen Vincent? It’s a case from the 1980s but I heard about it recently and it just kept reminding me of your sister’s case in a lot of ways. Doreen was only 12, and everything points to her biological father being the killer. He didn’t really report her missing, and it’s ridiculous that he isn’t in jail. It might be a good case to cover.

I took a break and came back and decided to start with the 2024 episode, Ayla Reynolds's case and Harmony Montgomery's cases especially hit home being from New Hampshire and living on the Maine border. Thank you as always for an amazing and well informed episode Sarah. You are a blessing . So happy to be back.

I keep trying to listen. I like that the information given is intentional, accurate and ethical but some aspects of the delivery are off. The inflections of voice, the drawn out speaking and the filler words make it hard to take in the actual info. Could cut out almost all of the “buts” and “like I saids”. I don’t think it’s grammatically incorrect but those words tend to also be spoken in a drawn out manner and it’s distracting. Instead of “Buuut, aaas alwayssss, blah blah”. Just say “blah blah”. We aren’t have a conversation, we are here to listen. I know the host can talk faster because she says “right to our call to action” at a very different speed.

Sarah, wow! You had me glued to your podcast along with being able to connect it with the documentary helped me visualize so much. You made me like I was right there the entire time. My heart will forever sit with this case until justice is SERVED!
