In this episode of The Mental Performance Mastery Podcast Brian sits down with UFC Hall of Famer, World Champion and MMA Icon Forrest Griffin. Forrest Griffin is a former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion and was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2013. He currently serves as the Vice President of Athlete Development for the UFC Performance Institute.  

He’s the author of, one of the funniest books I have ever read, Got Fight, and was a former Georgia police officer before taking the world and the octagon by storm when he first rose to prominence after winning the first season of The Ultimate Fighter. In the tournament finals, he defeated Stephan Bonnar, live on Spike TV which is widely credited as sparking the success of the UFC.
