Love this!

I’m just finding this podcast today and love it already!

Anxiety tips!

I just listened to “helping kids with anxiety” — while I don’t have kids, I found the tips practical and insightful. The one I appreciated the most was the “red car trick”. It is amazing to see how Colleen has a whole family approach. I intend to create this type of environment in our home as well - one that is supportive and helpful of others! Thank you for sharing this, especially at a time of high anxiety!

So soothing

Christy’s delivery is so calming and soothing, and tremendously encouraging. Every mom needs her in their earbuds.
