    Dr. Danielle Wozniak, the Dorothy and David Schachne Dean of Wurzweiler School of Social Work, speaks with Dr. Katherine Mitchell and Wurzweiler students Gabrielle Mason and  Michelle Bialeck about the origin and purpose of the Care Cafes. The Care Cafes, under the direction of Dr. Mitchell and with assistance from the New York City Council, offer therapeutic expertise on topics ranging from the effect of electronic devices on children to veterans suffering from PTSD at settings throughout the five boroughs. As Dr. Wozniak states it, Care Cafes “meet you where you are and take you to where you need to be.”
