The Demon Slayer
Come around you dark souls, this week we are going to peel back some layers and help slay the demons. We all have dark times and battle with internal woes, in this episode we talk about ways to win the battles. Heavy with a hint of humor, but needed "pick me up's," nonetheless.

The Goat and The Kid
This week, on a whim, I asked my kid to join me. Surprisingly, she said YES! I made an attempt to structure this episode but it ended up being shoot the ish. Either way, enjoy the mess that is The Goat (me) and The Kid (her). Random, did you know a baby goat is called a kid? aha ((think about it meme)).
Next show is 4/20 with Laugh and Gas. @LaughandgasCC on IG -

Me vs. Me, & I'm Losing!
I know, I know... It's been a minute, but we're going to talk about it. This episode is full of random ranting, calling myself out on my bs, and calling y'all out on y'alls bs! It's giving "shoot the ish," it's giving "lightly edited," it's giving "unfiltered"...Come sit on the couch and listen.

Vulnerable, hilarious, with no chaser
What Shonda delivers is a rare infusion of real talk, jokes, yet also a level of reflection and honesty you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else. In many a episode, she talks about her own struggles and has what can feel like a conversation with listeners. Sometimes leading to you feeling called out when her gems are pulled out from wounds. But, as serious as topics can get, Shonda is quick to remind you that sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying. Hence a consistent stream of memorable anecdotes, comical phrases and one liners, and a unique voice that you can't wait to see a notification from.
In many ways, this podcast delivers the audio only the friend who knows themselves, are comfortable with who that is, but knows and wants better for them and you could deliver.
Hilariously raw
Not for the faint of heart but definitely some gems being dropped!
