Health and Fitness - Outlive
As we wrap up the series on Health and Fitness, coincidentally, I just finished reading the book "Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity" by Dr. Peter Attia, and I think it is the perfect summation of the concepts discussed in the past four episodes.

Great Podcast
Great podcast, it is both informational and entertaining. Its topics help to movtivate me to become the best version of myself. Thank you to Joe, Fr. Zach and the Man Up team for all your insights and inspiration.
Warning - Podcast promotes alcohol use per Advertising
I listened to a short episode and really enjoyed it, so I downloaded more to listen to. The longer episode began with a beer sponsorship. Seriously?
So many people suffer from alcoholism and turn to religion as a way out. I was shocked to hear a promo for a brewery at the start of the show. Then again, this is a catholic based podcast. I get it, catholics drink. I’m not one to judge but I can’t support a podcast that promotes alcohol use.
Heroic Confidence
I'm a college student studying Kinesiology & Health at Iowa State University. Trust and hope in God is hard at times, and I know mine has been lacking lately especially pertaining to my degree and future. I'm about to begin RCIA (grew up practicing but luke-warmish Lutheran) and it's not easy making that leap of faith, even more so with the family tensions it may cause. This talk has inspired me to dive back into the Word and trust in Jesus Christ, not just the idea of him. Fr. Mike is an outstanding speaker and it is sweet you guys were able to have him on the show, and it's refreshing that the podcast is local! Prayers appreciated for the RCIA process and God Bless.
