78 :: Make Confidence Your New SEXY! Dare to believe that you are awesome! Living life after separation or divorce can be devastating to the core of our being… especially because we may feel that our whole identity was stripped from us & our lives shattered. 🥺

Well let me tell you sister… everything starts & ends with love! In this time of uncertainty, you need to release, forgive, have faith, and surrender to love. You also need to know that you are not alone. Know that you ARE loved!! You need to come from a loving place with everything that you do now… because negativity, resentment & hatred only brings you… guess what? Yes! The same!! 🤬

You are loved, but most importantly… do you love yourself? When you speak about yourself, are you gentle? Do you come from a loving place? Our words & thoughts can often come from a very dark place & we can become our worst enemy! 🤯

When you come from a kind & loving place, no matter the circumstance, your kindness creates confidence. I love this quote from Lao Tzu, “Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love.” 💜🙏💜

Trust that there is abundance that surrounds you & these can be from the seen… & unseen forces. Know that there is a healing and recovery phase that needs to happen first. It just takes time… and lots and lots of self-care and LOVE!
