    The process of change.

    The process of change.

Todays episode I discuss the process of change and why people fall off. It goes back to accountability and touches upon the topic of being consistent. One big factor as to why people fail to change is due to an inability to plan properly. When attempting to make a change in your life it is so important to do the proper planning. Goal setting, routine building and daily to do lists are the only way to hold yourself accountable and hold yourself to a higher standard to achieve change. When you're ready to truly achieve a change you need to go by these steps that I break down for you in my podcast.
