Telephobia
Thanks for talking about this. No one really does. I don’t struggle with your type of impairment, mine is from social anxiety after a mental breakdown from a traumatic semester in College and finding about an affair. I just am not able to deal with calls and emails. The thought of being forced to be available 24/7 to engage in a back and forth conversation or transaction kills me. I barely have enough stamina to deal with my self and my mental health, to now having to scan and send you a document by tomorrow because I answered.
