National treasure
Donna and Orlando share critical insights, voices, and perspectives on issues facing Detroiters and the East Side. The show examines problems in historic context, explores potential solutions, and has fun. You are a national treasure! You have taught me so much and I can’t thank you enough.
Justice Orientation = A+
I love this podcast. I stumbled on in through a friend’s recommendation and have been hooked ever since. It’s justice orientation is one that should be heeded by all city leaders and community development organizers. I love how the hosts really push the guests to engage critically with the questions and philosophies at hand. Detroit needs grassroots, community oriented leadership that is equity focused. I’m glad this podcast pushes for this leadership.
