    032. Creating safe spaces for your children to express themselves, teaching them forgiveness authentically and other ways to teach your children conflict resolution skills.

In this episode, I address an important topic for working mothers (and yes, aunties too): teaching children conflict resolution skills!  I talk about 5 ways in which any mother/caregiver can support the little ones in their lives.  Of the many tips I provide, I specifically love "forgive your children" the most.  Why?  Because I had to walk a path of deep forgiveness of motherhood and yes, even of my son in order to authentically teach him how to forgive.  It truly was my saving grace.

    031. LisaRaye on Fix My Life. A review on communication, bitterness and white moo-moos!

Ya'll.  I finally watched the episode where LisaRaye and her family (mother and daughter) visit Iyanla with hopes that they can fix their relationships!  I love their courage to do this.  I can't imagine that trying to do this in a public forum is easy, especially when you're a celebrity!  In this episode, I recap on the LisaRaye's visit, discuss the importance of accountability in relationships, why active listening can lead to stronger communication skills and why conflict management skills are a must!  And yes, I discuss the white moo-moo!
