Our world tells us that we need to be perfect in order to be successful and that success shows the world our worth. Mona and Katy are an encouraging duo (and sisters!) aiming to address and dispel all the misunderstandings we have about being the “perfect millennial”.
By discussing mental health, physical health, career choices, relationships, and spirituality - these two wonderful women emphasize that being imperfect isn’t our downfall but an opportunity to learn and grow! I’m so excited and grateful for this podcast as we begin 2020!

This podcast is so real and just speaks to me. I think it’s hard to break out of the boomer expectations of our parents but this podcast talks about embracing our realities and making the best of it all!
