Negli ultimi giorni di ottobre a Milano si è svolta la Fashion graduate week, all’’interno delle strutture ex Ansaldo, ora denominate BASE.

Con i suoi 12.000 mq su 3 piani, oltre 200 realtà creative residenti, più di 400 eventi e 500.000 presenze l’anno, BASE è un polo creativo di respiro internazionale e un centro per la ricerca, la sperimentazione, la produzione e la co-produzione di iniziative culturali ad alto valore sociale.

Qui le scuole di Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda trovano un nuovo linguaggio in perfetto equilibrio tra fisico e digitale per raccontare la vita dei propri studenti e le loro opere.

Questa occasione è anche una vetrina per mostrare una eccellenza delle scuole italiane, dando l’opportunità a tutti gli studenti italiani e internazionali di affacciarsi a quel mondo così complesso, sfaccettato e affascinante che è quello della moda.

Dal 24 al 26 ottobre si è svolto questo evento che ha visto protagonisti gli allievi diplomati cimentarsi nella realtà attraverso un format phygital, che combina eventi fisici e digitali.

Chiara Guzzetti, Clarissa Sirci, Giuseppe del Giovannino, Fabio di Nuzzo e io, Alessandro Gelain, abbiamo partecipato a questi tre giorni incuriosendo con la tecnologia informatica che guarda alla creatività, un gruppo di giovani talentuosi.

In the last days of October, the Fashion graduate week took place in Milan, inside the former Ansaldo structures, now called BASE.

With its 12,000 square meters on 3 floors, over 200 resident creative realities, more than 400 events and 500,000 visitors a year, BASE is a creative pole of international scope and a center for research, experimentation, production and co- production of cultural initiatives with a high social value.

Here the schools of the Fashion Training System Platform find a new language in perfect balance between physical and digital to tell the life of their students and their works.

This occasion is also a showcase to show the excellence of Italian schools, giving the opportunity to all Italian and international students to look out into that complex, multifaceted and fascinating world that is that of fashion.

From 24 to 26 October this event took place which saw the graduates as protagonists try their hand at reality through a phygital format, which combines physical and digital events.

Chiara Guzzetti, Clarissa Sirci, Giuseppe del Giovannino, Fabio di Nuzzo and me, Alessandro Gelain, participated in these three days intriguing a group of talented young people with technology and creativity.

Come di certo saprai in questo mese di luglio 2020 c'è il Festival of Learning, un'attività spettacolare organizzata dal gruppo Ade Apple Team che va a sostituire, per quanto possibile, l’Istitute che si sarebbe dovuto svolgere a Santa Clara, in California, proprio in questi giorni. Quello che accade in un istituto già lo sai: workshop, incontri chiacchiere e sfide, momenti di incontro con questo quel programmatore con questo quel visionario che ha creato questa o quella meravigliosa applicazione, software in prova, tutorial didattici spendibili immediatamente in aula, eccetera, eccetera, eccetera...

Qui trovi alcuni flash di quello che è successo nei primi dieci giorni: ho seguito molti workshop, anche a ore impossibili. Ti parlo di quelli che mi hanno più colpito.

As you certainly know in this month of July 2020 there is the Festival of Learning, a spectacular activity organized by the Ade Apple Team group that replaces, as far as possible, the Institute that should have been held in Santa Clara, in California, these days. You already know what happens in an Institute: workshops, meetings, chats and challenges, moments of meeting with that programmer with this visionary who created this or that wonderful application, trial software, didactic tutorials that can be spent immediately in the classroom, etc.

Here are some flashes of what happened in the first ten days: I followed many workshops, even at impossible hours. I'll tell you about the ones that hit me the most.
