My brother's post traumatic growth journey
In this episode, I interview my older brother Adrian who has a story of resilience. After a major car accident and many concussions later he has had to overcome mental health issues. Mindfulness, his love for music and for the outdoors have kept him healthy. He started his own jewelry business and is slowly building up stock. I'm excited for him! He shares his 18 year journey to get there.
