Getting closer and closer to Christmas. In reality, it is just the now. There is a tradition that we can follow or not. Our choice. 
Just always know you are not alone. We are here. Those of us who have walk through the eye of a needle and have experienced more than we could have imagined. We say to you... We are moving into Christmas and New Year, as well as other holidays like Hanukkah and many others I don’t know about. 
However the point of this podcast is so that you know you are not alone! This is your space to be you. You are a Spark of Infinite Love.
I know what it feels like to be in the mind, feel alone, sad, hopeless, unlovable, want to commit suicide, not want to wake up again to the same f’ing life, day in day out.
