Such a great listen!

Prerna does such a great job dissecting each topic in such a digestible way!

Realistic, intelligent, relevant, and grounding insights

That was my one line review, but more expansively I can say that as an avid podcast consumer, this is my favorite. It is down to earth but thought provoking. Each episode has added something to my life, and I can't say that about many other sources. Prerna speaks to the listener as an expert and a friend, leaving room for the listener's own wisdom and experience to come forward. Technology is what you make of it. Thank you Prerna for helping me have a positive relationship with my tech, and even a nourishing one.

Plenty of food for thought!

I love these thoughtful episodes. I get to ponder my practice a deeper each and every time I hear an ep. My fave was communication as a spiritual practice. Highly recommend!!
