Yes prices would rise but have you ever considered what may be gained? Perhaps the economy of our country may be helped in the long run? Perhaps US manufacturing jobs will be preserved and even expanded? Perhaps we should not be taken advantage of by other nations? Perhaps we would like to stop or at least limit drug trafficking into our country? Perhaps the above is more important than a small increase in vehicle price?
