Aillio roaster ,

Wonderful!

This is my favorite podcast! I am an aspiring coffee roaster that has learned so much from these podcasts. I love being able to purchase the coffee and also hear the thought process behind how Memli roasted it. His coffee tastes amazing and I can tell it is well thought out and crafted. The decaf is also exceptional! I wish I lived closer to his cafe so I could try the in person cafe experience. Thank you Memli!

Gave me the right tips

I work in the coffee industry, so I always have access to great coffee. But now that we are at home I am honestly not the best barista. But thanks to Memli’s curated recipes and tips I get so much joy out of brewing and get to experiment the coffees potential. Thanks so much for sharing you knowledge.
