Thanks for all of the information guys, This is helpful and well presented. One of the hardest things I find about meat science is that it is so multifaceted with so many unique approaches and areas of study that it can be a confusing field to study later in life after having studied in other fields. Appreciate the ways that you show some of these different approaches and areas of study at a high level!
