We talk about who the stakeholders are, why they should all be involved in farm progression/succession planning, the importance of identifying what the different generations' stakeholders want and how we reach an understanding. This progression process is unashamedly about the older generation first.

Discussing some of the key issues in progression planning, including what is it? Why progression? Family communication and what is the farm business? This process is always about relationships first.
