Welcome! I'm Mindy Henderson, motivational speaker, author and coach. Living life from a wheelchair, surviving 2 devastating car crashes, lost jobs, and a host of other challenges, I have learned to navigate the curve-balls life throws at us, and now, my mission is to bring positivity to the world, to teach others how to navigate adversity well, to stop making excuses, and to see all they are truly capable of. Because…the truth about things that suck, is that…they suck. They won’t be fun, but it’s possible to have two truths that coexist at the same time…the 2nd truth is that there is a lot we can learn, a lot we can do and a lot of gifts that the sucky things bring to our lives and that empower us to make the world better. This podcast is a tool I’ve created to help us uncover those sucky, but surprisingly beautiful circumstances.

LisaH2.0 ,

Mindy is a strong, caring, and motivational cheerleader.

Mindy is in your corner. She brings strong women and men to the airwaves who are authentic, and empowering... each in their own gifted way.

Mindy interviews them in such a way that you feel as though you are in the same room with them. Only we’re all social distancing, even Mindy.

She is brave and bold. Asking what we all want to know of her interviewees and getting the answers.

Let her enlighten you. She’s is brilliant in my opinion. No, she is not asking me first this review. I’m eager to do it.

I met her briefly at a personal development conference, then we both participated in online coaching series. Great minds think alike!

Give the podcast a spin. I’ll bet you end up binging to catch up like I did.

Mary F. NYC ,

This is an enriching and powerful podcast!

I’ve been listening to Mindy’s podcast and they have not only been enriching, educational and informative—they have made me feel connected and less alone during the pandemic. I’m so grateful for this programming and for Mindy as a well prepared and insightful interviewer and listener! Highly recommend tuning in. FIVE STARS!

Dr. Tenesha ,

Yes!

I’ve got to see Mindy speak in person and I’m super excited to hear she now has a podcast because I couldn’t get enough. Until we can speak again on stages in person - I’ll be watching for your podcast to drop each week. The first two episodes and gas came out hot. I’m excited to see what she has up next
