    This week’s guest is Michael Schmidt, the vice chair of the Labor and Employment Department at Cozen O’Connor.

    He teaches Employment Law at Touro Law School in Central Islip, New York. He is also a prolific blogger and podcaster at Employment Law Now where he has published a series of compelling reports about the ever-changing regulatory landscape pertaining to COVID-19 in the workplace.
