You can look at it like a layer of protection that we built around an excuse, a reason why we're not where we want to be or why something is unattainable for us. What are your walls representing, why did you build them and what are they really protecting? In order for us to change a habit or learn a new behavior, we need to gain a deeper understanding of what the layers around the goal are and why we haven't been able to break through the walls of our old conditioning and beliefs.

    But many of us aren't even aware that we have both masculine and feminine energies within us. This is a gift that many of us have forgotten to use. 

    In today's episode, I talk about the wounded and healthy masculine within us also referred to in this example as "distorted masculine" & inner king.



    Your inner king is waiting to follow up with your signals. To trust your words and promises and hold up your boundaries. Are you giving him the chance to show up and do so, OR is this where you go into people-pleasing / victimhood mode?

We can only control our own vibration (why we attracted this type of pain or this lesson) & our response to it. Whether others decide to hurt us or show up with a closed heart, isn't in our power. Establishing & respecting your boundaries to cultivate self-love & not let others f**k you over, on the other hand, IS IN YOUR CONTROL. This is one example of how you can practice showing up with love and an open heart.
