Substance use at the U
The Health Buzz team sat down all together for the first time since airing the podcast in December of 2020. Rae and Kendall discuss the importance of being aware of how you feel in your body when choosing to use substances and when not to, when to take breaks from substance use, and how the relationship between substance use and mental health correlate with one another. Great Platform
The Healthbuzz podcast allows me to connect with other college students to really understand how others are feeling about health topics. It is another small community I love to be a part of.
