How To Let Go Of Things That No Longer Serve You

How To Let Go Of Things That No Longer Serve You

In this episode, we TALK about how to let go of things that no longer serve you… from the food that you’re eating to the things in your life that no longer align to who you are.

    We cover things from:

Creating awareness to what you truly want and desire in your life - questions to ask yourself to find clarity and honesty of what needs to go
The crowding out method - focusing on what you want to eat more of and what you want to do more in life in order to crowd out what no longer serves you.
Growth mindset - a reminder to you that things always happen for you and not to you. Sometimes you need to do and experience things for you to learn and grow as a person. Part of growth is learning when to let go of it once it has served its purpose.

    And so much more!

    How To Set Healthier Boundaries

In this episode, we TALK about how to set healthier boundaries for you to be your best self. You got one life to live and you deserve to be doing things that lights you up, gives you energy, and brings you joy!

    We cover things from:

Honoring what season you are in your life right now - are you in the winter season of your life where you crave to spend more time with yourself
Saying no and not feeling guilty about it - if someone gets upset because you said NO, know that it is never about you. People who have boundaries respect other people's boundaries.
Simple questions to ask yourself and ways to prioritize things or people that bring you joy and give you energy -  and what if there are certain things or people in your life that you couldn’t get rid off, how can you set healthy boundaries around it? Kind human providing amazing life changing tips!

Julianne caught my attention after just one post on IG! I can tell when someone has put in time and effort to put out content that genuinely can change/help you and will have you coming back for more. Your whole mantra of “invest in you” are words I try to live by, always thinking what can I do for ME today, how will I honor my body and mind. As someone that has suffered from an unhappy gut, a simple change that Julianne suggested “fruit always first”, improved my digestion 360! I cant imagine how much more I can learn from future episodes! Congrats J, this gal subscribed and is excited for more!
