So, you want to be a powerful, wealthy, and charismatic luminary… but you want to do it without ruffling feathers or attracting haters? Heh, yeah, so did I…

Let me tell you how that worked out for me…

This is the continuing story of my serendipitous journey from shy outcast growing up in an obscure part of the world to becoming a highly successful serial entrepreneur. In this podcast, I obliterate self-imposed limits, deny regret, recognize and use failure, hurdle obstacles, manage hate, and revel in epic wins… all while trying to stay a decent human being… easier said than done.

Each episode, always unscripted and sometimes irreverent, will focus on a theme tied to actual events in my life. Welcome to The Introverted Iconoclast.

    The David Wood Interview

On this episode of The Introverted Iconoclast, I sat down with David Wood. David Wood left his cushy Park Avenue job 20 years ago to build the world’s largest coaching business. He became #1 on Google for “life coaching,” serving an audience of 150,000 coaches, and coaching thousands of hours across 12 countries. David coaches business owners, executives, teams, and sometimes Colorado prison inmates to produce extraordinary results through authentic, transparent communication. He was elected to the exclusive Transformational Leadership Council alongside such thought leaders as Jack Canfield, Don Miguel Ruiz, and Marianne Williamson.

    The Roman Prokopchuk Interview

    The Roman Prokopchuk Interview

On this episode of The Introverted Iconoclast, I sat down with Roman Prokopchuk. Roman is a first generation Ukrainian immigrant, foster parent, fellow podcaster, and a digital marketing expert. We had an eye-opening discussion about the foster care system and the angelic work that he and his wife have chosen to purse - giving children hope. Roman is the perfect example of someone that has taken his life experience and used to fuel and achieve success. His story is nothing less than inspirational. Enjoy!

    The Robert Lee Interview

    The Robert Lee Interview

On this episode of The Introverted Iconoclast, I sat down with my great friend Rob Lee.  Rob is the co-founder and CEO of the cybersecurity firm Dragos, which among a variety of things, has the most impactful slogan I have ever seen: “Safeguarding Civilization”.  Furthermore, it couldn’t me more accurate.  Rob and his team, simply put, protect our way of life.  From the water we drink, to the food we eat, computerized control systems are in charge of it all which in turn make those systems ideal targets for adversaries (nation-state or terroristic).  Rob is truly one of the good guys and I couldn’t be more grateful for him to be doing what he does.  Enjoy!

    The Steve Sims Interview

    The Steve Sims Interview

On this episode of The Introverted Iconoclast, I sat down with Steve Sims.  Steve looks like the perfect hybrid of a character straight out of a Guy Richie movie and a Harley Davidson TV commercial.  But underneath that surly facade, Steve harbors some deep wisdom and an unapologetic resolve that is, quite frankly, very refreshing.  I can see why people are drawn to Steve and how he has brute forced himself into the position he is in now.  It is truly impressive.  Enjoy!

    The Donnie Boivin Interview

    The Donnie Boivin Interview

On this episode of The Introverted Iconoclast, I sat down with Donnie Boivin, the original badass success champion. I gotta say, this ranks as one of my all time favorite interviews for a couple of reasons: First, Donnie and I literally didn’t even exchange an email directly before meeting for this interview but as you will hear, we got along like we have known each other for years. Secondly, he’s f*****g real! No bullshit and as genuine as they come. Donnie’s wisdom runs deep and is founded on honest experience and grit - something that is sadly far too rare these days. I sincerely hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as I did making it. Have fun!

So interesting!

The interviews and people interviewed make great conversation too and show who Karim is as a person. But my favorite part has been hearing the spy stories for sure. How cool!

The rabbit hole goes deep

I felt compelled to research the host, Karim Hijazi, and all I can say is… wow. This guy knows his stuff and has legitimately battled hackers and spies. You have a loyal listener here now and forever.

Clive Monroe ,

Please, someone do a documentary on Karim and his incredible life

Calling all producers, screenwriters and film makers. This content is screaming to be on film.
