Easy to implement ideas!

The Balance Code shares practical ideas and tips in short, digestible episodes that you can easily implement. This is so important when trying to manage stress and overwhelm. I also enjoy Katie’s guests and the different topics they explore and discuss.

Can’t wait for more!

Katie gives great examples that can relate to many different people about how we achieve our best selves, through setting meaningful boundaries, communicating needs with loved ones, and improving our confidence in not settling. There is no “true” balance, but what works for us is important to learn. Listen to episode 3!

Full disclosure: She’s also one of my best friends, but she is genuine and has a lot of life and professional experience to draw from to share with all of us. And the episodes so far are pretty short, so catching up will be easy.
