Human connection is how we fight forward
This first episode comes at a profound time for me as I just returned from an educators conference about balancing the educational opportunities for marginalized students and making sure all students have access to quality rigorous instruction that is engaging, affirming and meaningful. The story of SOLA and afghan girls pulls on my heart and what educational opportunities mean for so many. The work that Gus, Amy, and the Future Crunch crew are doing to remind us of the good that exists in the world is a shining beacon of hope. If you are looking to a human connection to help you to keep hope and keep fighting for what is right then you have found the right podcast.
