Cool guests and interesting info on reducing drinking

The speakers are so interesting, and they don’t just focus on drinking less; it’s not a lecture. These are cool interviews with interesting people. And there’s a bunch of helpful info on how to drink less too.

Informative, motivating, and refreshing

Yes, this podcast is by Sunnyside, but it isn’t just about alcohol at all. They weave alcohol in and out of the episodes, and focus more on high level mindfulness and motivation from some incredible guests so far. It’s relatively new, but I’m a fan. And Mike is a great host!
