Love this podcast- it’s been my first intro to the anti-diet/non-diet approach and my bookshelf is slowly filling up with lots of resources that have been highlighted through this podcast. Super high caliber guests + it’s just really insightful and thought provoking. Many thanks to those that work on this podcast!

Great content, poor audio

Love the content on this podcast. I’ve learned so much and it’s uplifting to listen to. I hope the audio improves - episodes are often so quiet that I have to turn up my volume all the way OR one guest is so quiet and the other is at a normal volume which can be quite annoying and jarring when listening in the car or through headphones.

I really enjoy Tally’s podcast. It’s made me think differently about fitness and exercise in a really positive way. I also massively value the diversity and expertise of her guests. Highly recommend.
Ok but why are there weight loss ads??

I really like this podcast and think it’s really valuable. I was just listening on auto play and was really shocked that there was an ad for nutrisystem which literally used the terms weight loss. I’m shocked that this podcast would include weight loss advertising and I hope it’s an oversight on Tally’s part. Please fix that!
Amazing podcast

Love Tally’s podcast & Instagram. She is one of the main people whom I look up to for ed recovery & movement. I no longer work out in a gym because it doesn’t serve me well. Instead, I do movement that’s best for my body/soul.
Nutrisystem Ad?

I love Tally and everything she teaches, as well as what her platform stands for. That being said: I was very confused and bummed to hear a Nutrisystem ad at the beginning of her podcast? Nutrisystem is a diet - they preach restriction and regimented nutrition. It just felt odd, almost like a mistake. That ad definitely doesn’t align with Tally’s message so I was questioning the logic behind why it was there.

Absolutely LOVE this podcast and everything about the host. As a therapist working with eating disorders, a fitness trainer and woman-in-recovery from my own ED, I appreciate the focus on both disordered eating AND fitness. I’ve had moments of rolling laughter and somber reflection leading to my own habit change just from one episode. Highly recommend!
