Great Life Lessons
Sensei Ando has an easy-to-listen to style and great advice for everyone, including non-martial-arts students. I'm only 20-something episodes in, and I look forward to my commute when I have time to listen. Thanks, Sensei, from Nebraska!
My First Technique
Hi Ando,
My first technique was a strike set: front punch (front hand jab), reverse punch (rear hand jab), hook (lead hand), uppercut (rear hand). I remember the struggles of learning to move my feet properly, challenges of not leaning my torso & head forward and the importance of staying relaxed while striking (which can happen by controlling our breathing and smiling while we strike).
Warmest Regards,

Legend
I found Ando on YouTube when I found his series on self defense. Now, as a high school student who sometimes relies on impulse and what society and my classmates tell me, this podcast helped a ton. As someone who though peace was brought by being timid and soft spoken, I have learned otherwise. Ando teaches life lessons. Everyone should listen in.
