Finding My Voice: Why It Is Important To Be Heard w/ Nica

Nica is a daughter, friend, business owner, and military brat. I met Nica as kids. She was the girl who was not afraid to tell you how she felt about a situation and confront you about any problem you may have had with her. She was fierce, independent, and ready to take on the world. But something shifted when she moved back to the States. She lost the voice she was had and, over time, allowed the situations she was in to talk for itself. She became fearful of the unknown, which caused her to take longer in making decisions about her future. Today, she shares how she is getting back that 18 year old girl who would speak her mind and did not care if it caused any conflict. She is learning how to balance having a voice while also being reasonable with each situation that comes her way. From becoming her own boss to being the boss of others. Nica is stepping into the voice she always knew she had. She just had to find her way back to it. This is her dandelion story.
