    Beyond The Linear Route: Exploring Different Paths To Success w/ Sha'Air

    Sha’Air is a daughter, friend, sister, and military brat. She wasn’t your typical military brat moving from place to place. She had the opportunity to really settle down in some of the places she lived. Including Belgium, where she quickly became known for her beautiful voice. She ended up singing at any and every event. She found what she loved to do at a young age and wanted to pursue that after high school. But life got in the way and kept presenting challenges that made her have to shift from the dream she once had. As she learns to reconnect with the brave 18 year old self she was. Sha’Air is looking to get back to being the artist she dreamed of as a kid, but this time in a new way. This is her dandelion story. She moved to Belgium in high school and unlike a lot of kids her age, she was excited for what was to come in the new place, and attach whatever came with it. Maybe it was because she moved 2 other times before that and the first one being to the United States. Or was it her parents, who helped shape her to see each change or end has an opportunity to create a better beginning. She has carried this way of living with every chapter of her life and today she shares the importance of looking at the unknown like the glass is half full and not empty. Now Brandon lives in the United States and Vici lives in Europe and they are dating. Dating across the waters no less, lol. A lot of society believes that long distance can’t work. So did I at one point in my life but for the right person the distance is worth it.     Finding My Voice: Why It Is Important To Be Heard w/ Nica

    Nica is a daughter, friend, business owner, and military brat. I met Nica as kids. She was the girl who was not afraid to tell you how she felt about a situation and confront you about any problem you may have had with her. She was fierce, independent, and ready to take on the world. But something shifted when she moved back to the States. She lost the voice she was had and, over time, allowed the situations she was in to talk for itself. She became fearful of the unknown, which caused her to take longer in making decisions about her future. Today, she shares how she is getting back that 18 year old girl who would speak her mind and did not care if it caused any conflict. She is learning how to balance having a voice while also being reasonable with each situation that comes her way. From becoming her own boss to being the boss of others. Nica is stepping into the voice she always knew she had. She just had to find her way back to it. This is her dandelion story.
