Practical and Inspiring

Great show! Really like the 10 min episodes; the show title says "for busy people," so 10 min is perfect. Great to have tips that I can do right now, immediately, to become more healthy. Liked the interview too--inspiring. Liked that the guest focused on a balanced lifestyle since most of us can't spend hours every day trying to get fit or become athletes. Looking forward to the next episode. When does it come out?
