AJ provides an introduction to his role and the differences between arbitration and mediation processes. Jonathan outlines past arbitrations, focusing on approved use of hotels and expense reimbursements, and explains the current arbitration concerning training hotels outside of the Denver domicile. They detail the arbitration process, key outcomes, and clarifications, such as the definition of ’two full bid periods’ and the obligations of the company. Both experts emphasize the importance of pilots’ awareness and encourage them to file disputes when necessary.
