Informative and inspiring

I found the Fluff to Buff podcast after meeting host Johnny at a Supernatural MeetUp. I have long thought that the VR workout Supernatural needed its own podcast, but it hasn’t happened yet. This podcast is so much more broad regarding health and fitness, but gives me my Supernatural discussion fix. The hosts are living what they discuss: weight loss, improving fitness, workout challenges, some setbacks and lots of success along the way. They make a point of relating their experiences to all of us out there on our own health/fitness journeys. Jake and Johnny have a great mix of being encouraging and understanding to others’ lives, and yet keeping it all real. You have to put in the work to get the results. They stress that fact over and over. We can sometimes want a quick or easy fix to all this, but the hosts remind us that we need to put in the work to make it happen. We see it in their own journey and it makes them so relatable. Thanks, Jake and Johnny, for helping me stay on track and congratulations to you both on your health and fitness successes.
