Following trends and following alternatives. Following thought leaders and experts. Following my breath. Following my intuition. Following my nose. Just following along. The Inspirational Opportunities of Solar Energy | Leah Cordy, Community Relations w Geenex Solar

It's both education + inspirational to chat with Leah Cordy. Always.

Maybe you recall our last conversation about her non-profit candle company Hope's Landing which employs and supports women as they heal from experiences of sex trafficking and other abuse.  Super inspiring - and I learned a lot.

Today we sat to discuss Leah's day job. She is a community relations representative for a utility scale solar company.

    Huh?!
    Yeah. I know.
I knew nothing about this when this conversation started. But wow, was it educational.

Leah talks about exactly what is going on in the solar energy community. She debunks myths and offers personal actions steps.

Actually, I found it very inspiring.

And don't we need a little inspiration when it comes to energy solutions?

I hope you listen. And thanks for Following.

All about the Tinctures | Leah Rachelle, Herbalist + Health Coach

All about the Tinctures | Leah Rachelle, Herbalist + Health Coach

Exactly what are the little brown bottles on the shelf? Are they safe? How do I take them?

Leah's all about the tinctures but, to be honest, I was a little apprehensive. Then my acupuncture practitioner recommended a tincture, showed me how to take it, suggested that I trust myself to try when I was ready - and I loved it!

I loved the subtle + helpful results I got from the potent little squirt of liquid. (For me, that means less muscular tension in my neck and jaw.)

In this conversation, Leah demystifies the whole topic of tinctures. She talks about how they are made, how they are taken, and why you might try them.

Take a listen for answers to those questions that are floating through your head. And trust yourself: You'll try them when you're ready.

Reach out to Leah for a personal health coaching session:

And grab Lily of the Valley teas + tinctures at Studio 108
