I love listening to this podcast. It really helps me to slow down and focus on being more mindful in my life. Jen gives a lot of helpful tips to practice mindfulness in everyday life. My thoughts race constantly throughout the day so having reminders to slow down and focus on the present has been really helpful to me. Plus Jen has the most soothing voice!
