Listening to coaching philosophy and culture among a team is always educational. The coaches at Tarleton State University do a great job at pointing out examples of great leaders and philosophies. Would recommend anyone for anyone who is building their coaching style. -T. Hill
Huddle up!

This podcast was interesting to me because I know and/or have been around each of the special guests. It seems that because of the system and Head Coach (Whitten), we all have a relative vision of what a leader looks like. I think it is important to know what a successful leader looks like in order to become a successful coach. - B Hucks

Baseball

Loved the talk! I completely agree with the point of if you can play baseball someone, somewhere will find you. It doesn’t matter what school or what level it is at, if you show a talent and can play baseball you can go to school somewhere. I also liked the point of baseball players being versatile. The marketing value of a player being able to play multiple positions is very good for them and brings them a whole lot more exposure for college. TJones
