I found this podcast while looking for reviews of the Fiber Fueled book and have been binge listening ever since. I love how they breakdown studies and topics, I feel like I’m learning so much. I’m also a big fan of the shorter episodes you can listen too while cooling down at the gym, and even though I haven’t tried a ‘meet yourself Saturday’ workout yet I really love the idea. I bought & read Killing Comfort too & it’s helped me a lot to reprioritize things & set goals. I’m so happy I stumbled across the pod! Thanks guys! 👊🤙
