Learning Conversation & Mentoring
Mentoring can exist between generations... but for me also feels awkward at times. How can I, older than ‘Gen X’ do a good job learning how to converse with other generations, learn how to mentor? The Genn & Millie podcast models this for me. I regularly write down new ideas to use in conversations, and am gradually losing my fears as I listen to two ladies do strengths-based conversations weekly. This podcast increases my curiosity about so many things.
