Episode 5 was just what I needed to hear today! (Catching up on older podcasts) I love how LeslieAnn tells it like it is. Even though she doesn’t know me I truly feel like she is looking out for me and wants me to be successful and most of all, happy! Thank you for always providing great information!

Leslie Ann covers a variety of topics that anyone can use to improve their nutrition right away! The show is based on science and is not a “get skinny next week” gimmicky approach. If you put these principles into action, you will make progress. You learn how to implement a new way of thinking and being that you can continue throughout your life. This is a great tool. I love to listen while I’m doing my daily walks.

I have shared this program with pretty much anyone who will listen to me. I’m 2 weeks in and having incredible weight loss, energy, satisfaction, and increased positive mood. The podcast is such a great addition to the full program. Highly recommend!
