"Inheriting" is a show about Asian American and Pacific Islander families, which explores how one event in history can ripple through generations. In doing so, the show seeks to break apart the AAPI monolith and tell a fuller story of these communities. In each episode, NPR’s Emily Kwong sits down with one family and facilitates deeply emotional conversations between their loved ones, exploring how their most personal, private moments are an integral part of history. Through these stories, we show how the past is personal and how to live with the legacies we’re constantly inheriting.

Good Pop's reality TV recap spinoff Go Asian continues its coverage of the current season of the Bachelorette, featuring Jenn Tran, our first ever Asian American lead! We watch in dismay as Thomas N, our only Vietnamese American suitor, decides to turn his attentions to fellow suitor Sam M as they bond over their mutual hatred of Devin, the class clown. Aside from these two glaring red flags, we also award our green flags to the boys who managed to remain sweet, and bid farewell to one of our favorite silly boys.

    Go Asian! - The Bachelorette 2024 #2

On this edition of Good Pop's reality TV recap spinoff Go Asian! We dive right into the deep end of masculine toxicity with a doozy of an episode 2 as we follow Jenn Tran's search for true love on the latest season of The Bachelorette. Unfortunately, it seems like most of the boys attention were focused more on being annoyed at one dude than on Jenn herself. Will any green flags emerge in this sea of red?

Good topics but not exactly SMEs

I really enjoy the topics you discuss but the hosts seem oddly unfamiliar with the material they refer to. Eg, wushu is not the same as wing Chun as mentioned during the martial arts episode.
