This is where we talk all things midlife with a sprinkle of Springsteen along the way! Each week I'll share thoughts on a favorite Bruce lyric that leads us into how we can make this chapter our best one yet! From digging up the dreams that just won't die, to relationships, reinvention, and those crucial hard hitting topics of which cocktail to drink now that red wine gives you insomnia and hot flashes. Join me each week as I interview all types of people and share how they are rocking, and at times not quite rolling with midlife.

Wise, real, warm, funny, inspiring.
Many podcasts these days seem to be all about relentless self improvement in a way that can feel unattainable or just exhausting. Marlene is a natural at walking the line between telling it like it is, welcoming ALL the real things, while inspiring growth and change and going for whatever you want. Love love love!
