Whenever I feel alone or lost in my grief, I come back to this podcast. There is a such a wide span of grief experiences, yet somehow every single one helps me to feel more connected. Jana has a way with people that leads to such beautiful and honest conversations.

Although I have yet to listen to every episode, I can say that each episode of filled with new insights as well I am often finding connections to my own grief story or how to better support those who are grieving. There is no expert in grief, but if there was one, Jana would be one. She sure knows how to asks the right questions at the right time. Highly recommend this podcast for those who are grieving or professionals.
