I truly believe God gave me the widowed mom podcast! My husband passed away three months ago, and if not for these podcasts I’d really be fighting my feelings, pressuring my children to be ok when they are not and trying to be strong myself when I’m not! I love her emphasis on not judging ourselves yet knowing that I have options for changing my thoughts and my story! I thank Jesus for Krista. She has been a large part of my support and my resource!
This podcast has been a calming, gentle and practical guide for me since losing my husband and best friend of 20 years. In a journey that has felt overwhelming and unfamiliar, Krista’s incites, reflections, and practical wisdom have truly helped me navigate my grief. I listen to the podcast when walking or driving and have come to trust it is worth my own time and reflection. Krista - your work and coaching is so appreciated and a gift to me. Thank you!
Krista was my lifeline
I lost my wonderful husband a year and a half ago. I found Krista within the first 2 weeks of my loss. I was reaching out in all directions to make sense of what was happening to my kids and me. Krista’s coaching was what got me through that first year. The tools I learned made it possible for me to keep moving forward in my grief and support myself and my children. A huge thank you to Krista for putting herself out there for all of us.
