Customer ReviewsSee All
I have listened to all your podcast. My husband died 3 months ago and your podcast has been extremely helpful. Your calm voice makes it easy to listen to. I find your advice very useful even though I have not learned how to use all of it. I am still working on it. I am listening to each podcast for the second time. Thanks
Can I give this more than 5 stars?
I wish I would’ve found this podcast sooner, it has been exactly what I needed when I needed it most. She’s addressed so many of the concerns I’ve had and taught me to be kind to myself throughout this unique process. The possibility that I can not only have but actually design and create a life that I love (even after loss) brings me incredible hope. I owe that realization to Krista and this podcast.
This podcast was the first thing I heard out of all that was recommended to me by friends and family that I said, “someone gets it.” It was my lifeline as I started to process a lot of my feelings this summer from my husband’s passing in the winter. It started to give me hope, peace and even a little joy as I realized that my life could not only be survivable, but enjoyable.
