A treat to find people who enjoy King’s books as much as I do

I love listening to this podcast! The latest King info and reviews (although I don’t always agree) are always a real treat! However, listening to 3/4 (1 brought him up as problematic, the other 3 immediately waved it away) hosts wave away the blatant involvement, in a Celebrity they happen to like, in the use of his Wealth, White Privilege, and Power, to commit Fraud for his Children, was completely shocking. Especially, since over the years I’ve listened to the same people talk about the inequity in American, them being a Ally to POC, and the their unease with results of the 2016 and now 2024. POC listening for the King related stuff, consider listening closely, then disregarding any support you may feel, as I have.

The panel and the content seem to be mostly fine, but I had to stop halfway through my first listen. In an episode about Pet Sematary, they were spoiling Cujo and The Dead Zone. I’m out. Maybe I’ll come back in 20 years after I’ve finished reading all of King’s catalogue.
